5 envelopes of unflavoured gelatine (7 g each)
1 cup cold milk ( 8 0z to dissolve the gelatin)
1 can of “Media Crema Nestle” or 1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can condensed milk 14 oz or to taste
1 can Evaporated milk CARNATION 12 0z
1 cup of milk ( 8 0z)
2 tablespoon of instant coffee ( or to taste)
33 Marías cookies or any vanilla cookie ( 165 g )
SUGGESTION FOR GARNISH
Some ground cookies and cherries
In 1 cup of cold milk dissolve 5 sachets of unflavoured gelatine. Set aside
Add in the blender the “Media Crema” or whipping cream, the evaporate milk, instant coffee, 1 cup of milk and 1 can condensed milk ( or to taste) Blend it.
Add the cookies. and blend it again.
Add the mixture in a bowl.
Heat the hydrated gelatine in the microwave for 40 seconds and add it in the bowl and mix it.
Add the mixture into the greased mold, cover and refrigerate for 6 hours
After that time dip the mold in warm water for few seconds
Moisten the tips of your fingers and pull the edges of the gelatin from the mold, you can use a spatula too.
Place a tray on top the mold and flip it
Decore to your liking
